“All journeys have secret destinations of which the traveler is unaware.”

Ah ha!

At last, I have received an email from Israel Outdoors telling me this:

We are holding a spot for you to participate in the following program sponsored by Taglit-birthright israel:

June 6 – 18 / NYC / Israel Quest (22-26)
Woot!!! Good to know, eh? I responded with my acceptance, so nothing is set in stone yet, but hopefully it will be by this weekend.

End of month present for self. Hehe.

I've made plans for a little bit of cross-country travel at the end of this month. I'm flying out to visit Miss Rainey in Washington DC, and I've never had the opportunity to visit DC before so I'm stoked! I get to see the sites, go out, skate!, and tour around ... and all with the fabulous Amy. Oh, friends, how I miss you. And then! I am going to go up to the tri-state area to see Monsieur Shea. We'll explore NYC, eat muchos amazing vegan food (maybe even spot a Moby!), take it all in. Two major cities in one fell swoop. I'm extremely excited. Plus, I am traveling back to my home state of CT ... I guess it's my home state. Please don't let Missouri be my home state. It is, isn't it? Sigh. Missouri is my home state. Well, regardless, I'm going to Connecticut, too. I'm looking forward to a week away from life and to seeing two of my most favoritest peoples! What could be better than that? I'll let you know what I see and do!

Love,
Corarama.
